45 minutes for a yogurt bowl. They only have one snowcone machine. Super inefficient when you have 20-30 plus people between the drive-thru and walk-ins placing orders.

The best customer service I have experienced in a long time! I ordered a paradise pack and Brooke was so helpful and accommodating! She got my order in a timely manner and was super helpful with the extras I ordered. My daughter's birthday party was a hit because of Brooke! I love Bahama Bucks and will be a returning customer because of Brooke and the exceptional customer service!

My initial experience was unsatisfactory, leading to significant disappointment. A colleague had highly recommended the establishment. I arrived at approximately 7:15 p.m. and ordered the Shark Attack, which unfortunately was not prepared to the expected standard. I would appreciate the opportunity to be served by the experienced female staff members who are reportedly highly skilled, as the junior staff members on duty did not perform adequately.

One star because I can’t give it 0. This place is terrible. Management needs to do something. Waited 45 minutes for a soda and a smoothie. Got my order wrong 3 times. Got tired of arguing/ waiting so I just left.
